I'm super excited for our time together. Like we talked about

before we hit record, everybody has a story, and our passion is to help them tell it. So with your

permission, we'd like to start with where you were born, go all the way up to today. Then we want

to talk about your law firm that specializes in protecting syndicators, and then also the syndication that you're doing too,

the funds that you're raising for commercial real estate.

So where were you born?

So I was born in Hot Springs, South Dakota.

Yeah. You probably don't get that answer very often.

I don't.

I think there's like three of us, probably.

Did you grow up in Hot Springs?
