Right now, the trending topic in the investing world is, should I invest in real estate or

should I invest in businesses? Now, on the Actually Cabby podcast for all those people that are new to

the show, we talk about both. And I personally love both. And I think that both have a place. But in today's

episode, we're going to make the argument for which should you choose. The answer, plot twist,

is it depends. But Walker's going to state his case for why businesses are better for cash flow than
