The Real Housewives of Miami’s Karent Sierra steps Behind The Rope. Karent, dentist extraordinaire, fills us in on what she has been up to since we last saw her our our TV screens. Besides running her dental practice, Karent has been helping those less fortunate than herself around the world through her Sharing Smiles Foundation. Ok, on to what everyone wants to talk about, The Real Housewives of Miami. Karent discusses what it was like to watch her friends on the show during its freshman season before she herself was cast for the stellar Season Two. She also explains her reservations on joining the show and why she ultimately decided to become a full time cast member. She explains how she was almost a full time host on “The Doctors”, the Power of Bravo and how her DM’s fill up every time Bravo airs an RHOM Marathon.
