A lot of you were lamenting a sudden lack of mojo, saying that you used to get up and get

out the door and get your run in or get your workout in super early, and well, now, not

Maybe you have a second or a third cup of coffee first. Maybe you wait till noon or

after work. Maybe you do get up, but now it's more of a forced march than abound out of bed.

I had my riding, running, swimming stuff, bedside, ready to go, in the pool by 5.30, on my bike, Don Patrol.

And while I'm still an early riser, I definitely don't have the early morning training fire that I used to.
