It's very frustrating. So the first episode

here will just cover openings by both sides. The next episode that will be out later this

evening will wrap up the testimony of the first few witnesses today. Before openings started,

the judge ruled that the defense team has failed to comply with

discovery obligations from ARCA, and so the judge banned her lawyers from mentioning ARCA during

the opening statements as a result. Also, the Commonwealth cannot have an independent reader,

read the text messages between John and Karen. So up for the state

is Brennan. At 604 a.m. January 29th, 2022, the alarm bell sounded for a cardiac arrest. He didn't

know who it was or where it was. He took his bag and went to the ambulance. Another paramedic jumped in and they
