be in on that conversation. Can you tell us a little bit about your story like where you started,

why heartache? Yes, oh my goodness. So just backtracking about 11 years now, I went to a specialized

culinary school after five years in New York City where I was incredibly anxious and also

probably depressed now looking back. I got the clinical diagnosis for the anxiety, but I'm

pretty sure there was some depression as well. And that catalyzed my first like 180, which was

deciding to scrap the whole lawyer trajectory and go to culinary school. And I became a certified

holistic chef, moved back to Nashville, and spent the majority of the last 10 years really focused

on my career as a holistic chef. And you know, I loved it. I sort of did this to get e-tactic

throwing everything against the wall. And I feel like the one through line was the recipe creation

and trying to bridge the gap between what people think of as healthy food and what is realistic.
