Hello and welcome to best laid plans.

0:11.0

This is your host, Sarah Hart Unger, and this is the podcast where we talk all things

0:14.6

planning and planning adjacent.

0:16.8

I am back after my little hiatus last week.

0:19.8

I hope everyone enjoyed the re-air of the Quintile 2 episode.

0:24.1

And yeah, I'm going to talk a little bit about how I'm doing right now. But I also have a fun episode with a follow-up from a great question that was asked in the Q&A for last month.

0:34.7

Every once in a while, I get a question where you guys give me a slew of answers

0:38.9

way better than the one that I came up with, and this is a great example of that. I have to say,

0:44.4

you guys are the most amazing community. I am doing pretty well. This is my third week after my

surgery and my new diagnosis, or tentative diagnosis, as the case may be.

I'm needing fewer naps. so I can tell I'm on an

1:12.1

upward trajectory and am trying not to rush things as is kind of sometimes my tendency,

1:19.6

because I know that even when I do have good days, I can't just assume things are normal.

1:24.5

I mean, I know that things aren't normal because I have limitations on activities specifically, so that's going to be different no matter what for a while.

1:31.7

But I just need to make sure that I'm not like forcing myself to do too much too soon.

1:37.0

I wanted to share one of the emails I received. I got so many, you guys. Thank you so much.

1:42.4

I did want to respond to all of them, and I think I have now.

1:45.7

So my apologies if my replies are sometimes brief, but every single one of them uplifted me,

1:50.9

and I truly appreciate it. But I just want to share this one because it has some wisdom that

1:56.0

maybe will help others who might be in a similar situation. So this person writes, and I'll keep her anonymous.
