Hi everyone I'm Brinay Brown and this is unlocking us.

Ooh, this is the first podcast back from my sabbatical and I've got a lot to share with you.

I'm going to keep it very honest and real and kind of tell you what the process has been for me.

One thing that I've learned over the last, I don't know, maybe 50 years, but specifically

research-wise over the last 25 is that every time we think we're

completely alone and we're in struggle and we're the only person things are happening to is exactly when we need to remember

that the human experience is never a singular experience.

And so I'm going to share with you in hopes that it resonates with some and that I remind myself that I'm not alone and it's a reminder for y'all that you're not alone either.
