Sam Cass, who for years was the family chef for the Obamas. He actually worked for the family

before their time in the

White House, went with them to the White House. And as you're going to hear in this episode, Sam is more

than just a great chef. He also cares deeply about nutrition and food policy and was really involved

in those issues in the Obama White House. And as you can imagine, he's got some stories to tell.
