Lately I've been focusing heavily on the present moment. I've been filling my time with enriching activities that are not necessarily tied to a long-term goal, and it has been one of the most freeing and happiness-inducing experiences of my entire life. I used to struggle with being present, but now I am so proud of myself for all of the work that I have done to get to where I am right now. Powerful.
