Hello everybody. Happy new year. I hope you guys all had a beautiful holiday season. We took a break last week, but we are back. I actually have a interview with John from John Hildy Holmes. He is an expert in all things. VRBO and Airbnb. He's an ambassador for Airbnb. And, you know, if you've ever wanted to

get into renting your house or if you have questions about renting a house, he is an expert

in all of it. And so he's coming on the show today. So I hope you guys learn a thing or two.

And I will be back next week to talk about all the things that have happened the past

couple of weeks. We're actually about to hit the road. We are going to Valle dupe, which is
