0:00.0	A March 8th, 1987, Ray and Rita Dumel enjoyed drinks and music at their local VFW.
0:13.7	The couple left around 8 p.m. and headed home in their van. Ray seemed a little off, though.
0:20.2	He pulled over near the Blanco Bridge and then passed
0:22.5	out. Ray's wife Rita shook him and yelled his name, but she couldn't get him to wake up.
0:30.3	It was before the time of cell phones, so Rita tried to flag someone down for help. A man in a dark
