quoting Trump touting the loyalty of Hitler's generals

and reporting that Trump complained about picking up the tab

for a fallen U.S. soldiers' funeral, calling her an effing Mexican.

All right, well, let's start with Hitler's generals, Goldberg reporting.

The Trump asked former,
