reports Donald Trump is prepared to sign an executive order throwing transgender troops out of the

military. There are estimated to be 15,000 transgender soldiers in the American military.

They will challenge that executive order in the courts. On Sunday, Congressman Kywisi

Mimfume, a Democrat from Maryland, warned Senate confirmations of Trump's nominees will be severely

hampered because Trump is refusing to ask the FBI

to conduct background checks. This is his new policy. No FBI background checks. And some are now

warning Donald Trump that it's better that the FBI discovers things now about your

nominees instead of revelations emerging about them during the confirmation hearings.

Case in point, Pete Hexeth, Trump's pick for defense, was accused of rape back in 2017.

Police concluded he was the aggressor.

But because there was no FBI background check, his transition team, Trump's transition

team was caught flat-footed after it came out that HECSeth paid his accuser an undisclosed amount of money to keep everything quiet.

Hexeth failed to tell them about the hush money payment, which would have come out had the FBI conducted a background check.
