in Congress. He does a great job helping us understand what's really going on in Washington

from the great state of Wisconsin, Congressman Tom Tiffany. Sir, good to have you on the show.

Hey, great to join you today, John. All right. There's a lot to talk about, but in the president's speech a couple of days ago, I think

there was a really big announcement.

Not a lot of the legacy media covered it for its importance, but he announced he's going

to unleash mining for rare earth minerals inside the United States.

This is a huge deal, particularly in the Midwest, but also for manufacturers and supply

lines here in America.

Tell us what you think about it and what it could potentially spur.

You know, we have this tremendous endowment in America of minerals of all types that

we have used previously, and we continue to have so much that is untapped.

And, I mean, it's across America, but I think about my home state of Wisconsin and the

upper Midwest, you take that arc from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan through Wisconsin

over to northeastern Minnesota, just under Lake Superior.

We have tremendous amounts of minerals of all types.
