Joe Biden earlier today gave a big speech in Pittsburgh, accusing President Trump of fomenting

violence while also calling for prosecution of looters and rioters.

Trump tomorrow is still expected to visit Kenosha, Wisconsin, in spite of a request that he

not do so from Wisconsin's governor and Kenosha's mayor.

Now, it's easy for us to get lost in the politics of this or lost in what's infiltrated

our social media feeds. But what's most important to remember is that the kernel of these

conflicts was police brutality, whether in Kenosha or Minneapolis or Louisville. It's what lit the match.

The question now, the single most important question now, is what can be done to make

right what's so clearly wrong when it comes to the relationship between police and black civilians.

It may feel like an intractable problem, but my guest today, Dr. Rayshan Ray, doesn't think so.

He's somebody who has spent more than a decade interviewing officers and civilians and running

implicit bias trainings for thousands within police departments.

He has ideas of what could help stop the next brutality and all that follows in its wake.

We speak to Dr. Ray in 15 seconds.
