i've been on a weight loss journey for the last year and i've hit a plateau and um i'm struggling

how to move forward and continue to make progress i've been struggling for a long time and i'm

it is extremely typical for bodies to hit a set point plateau and stay there.

Short periods of time, middle periods of time, lots of time.
