What's up, guys? Welcome back to the pod. Happy Monday. Hope you're all doing really well.

I am so excited for today's show. I'm going to give you a full Australia recap and really try to

articulate why I was so taken with it. For me, the best part about travel is I love to get inspired

and I love to like take the best parts of how other people live and try to incorporate them into

my life. So that's what I'm going to try to extend to you in this. Also want to talk about Roney

and also want to just give a few updates. I feel like we haven't chatted. I feel like I don't know.

I've just been missing you guys. I'm not going to lie. It was literally fabulous to be out of the country

for the inauguration. Regardless of how you lean politically, one of my biggest takeaways from my

visit to Australia was the news cycle that we are on right now is so detrimental to our mental health and our health

in general because I think stress is so bad for us. And it was just so nice to be in a place where

you don't feel like you're constantly being fed information that is supposed to spike your cortisol.

Like we live in this country. I've realized, at a level of like constantly being chased by

a pack of wild dogs.

That's what our bodies think that we are doing at all times.

And I blame the 24 hour news cycle.

I also just feel like this current administration is obsessed with

attention. In my opinion, politicians shouldn't need to be watched 24-7. You're not a celebrity.

You're supposed to be in the service of people. That's one of the huge problems that I have with

90% of politicians that I see out there today is they

fully just want attention they just want to be like a king they don't want to actually serve the people

which is what your job should be if you're a politician anyway I digress this isn't going to be a

full politics episode but just had to say that it was literally blissful being away from it. And also,
