Summary

Robert Telles is on trial for the murder of investigative journalist Jeff German. German wrote a series of expose articles about Telles's toxic work environment and his alleged affair with a staffer. Telles lost re-election and Jeff was working on a new story before he will killed.

We go through the 1st article Jeff wrote about Telles as well as what we know about the murder.
There's plenty of evidence linking Telles to German's murder including DNA under Jeff's fingernails. Telles says he was framed. He is expected to testify in his own defense.
