We're in Rome's chapter 3.

You got it now? Yeah, certainly. All right, so Romans chapter 3, we're beginning in verse 9 and if we can do this we're going to go through

verse 20 and this is Paul's summation for everything that he has said to this point in this first major

section of the book of Romans which in one word that summarizes this first section is condemnation.

It began in chapter 1, verse 18, and now this is the final crescendo of this section.
