I would love to dive into your background, Ron,

and talk about what got you started in beauty and the space

and what really got you to this point of the line.

Yeah, Acta, that's a great question.

I totally fell into this industry.

I had a biology and chemistry degree

and was brought up in a family where they wanted their kids,

my parents wanted their kids to become doctors.

So it was that era that being a doctor

was a respected profession.

And I didn't know what I wanted to do.

So I tried it out.

I went to med school for a year and I hated it.

I dropped out, moved back in with my parents

and didn't know what I was going to do with my life.

So I set up a bunch of resumes and clinic,

the Division of Estee Lauder called me in for an interview.

And meanwhile, I had no idea that there was this whole world
