Welcome to the evening edition of Conservative Daily. I'm Dave Clements and today we have Weston Martinez as our guest. We'll get to him as soon as we get him on and he's running for the GOP chair in Texas and Weston's been in the fight for quite some time and we're going to break down what's going on in the state of Texas and why he's the right guy.

But there were some things that we didn't get to this morning.

We had Stephanie Lambert on, for those of you that don't know, there was an indictment issued

against her directly from the attorney general Dana Nessel,

along with the Adams town clerk and these two brave souls are now being just targeted because the

deep state is out of tricks. But what we didn't get to was a series of attacks that have been happening against the church. And I'm not talking in the metaphorical abstract kind of way. There are real attacks that seem to be more and more frequent and

recently we had prisoners in Louisiana that stopped a possible mass shooting and this comes only weeks after a Pennsylvania pastor was

only shot while preaching.

So let's go take a look at C1, Mr. Producer.

Chaos during Communion caught on a live stream. It happened Saturday at St Mary Magdalen Church during a first communion ceremony for 60 children, all second

graders in Abbeyville, Louisiana. Police say a 16 year old boy carrying a gun

opened the back door of the packed church but was

immediately confronted and escorted away from the church by parishioners. The

priest tries to calm everyone by asking them to recite a prayer while altar servers can be seen running for

cover and clergy ducking behind the altar. No one was hurt. The 16 year old was

arrested and taken for a mental evaluation.

Saturday's incident comes a week after a man attempted to shoot a Pennsylvania

pastor mid-service.

Video captures the moment his gun jams and the deacon dives over a pew and tackles it.

I just try to get out of the way of him shooting because he pointed it right at me and I just see it.

You know, I'm looking right down the bureau of a gun.
