This is the podcast that we put out every week throughout the trade season where we analyze the fantasy football trade market and give you actionable advice on who to sell, who to target, how to construct those deals,

2:01.8	drafts are but you know the other components of this thing is we got to work waivers we got to work
2:07.4	trades every week of the season if we really want to be maniacal about winning our leagues if we
2:12.9	want to put ourselves in the best position possible to win our leagues so what we want to do is we kind of want to
2:20.7	optimize our time here. So I'm going to give you guys a couple of hints, a couple of tips on
2:25.9	how you can save some time, work in the trade market this season. You know, the first thing to do
2:31.7	is, you know, figure out, do you have any sell high players on your roster?
2:37.4	So listen to this podcast. I'll give you the sales or the sell highs every week.
2:41.0	And the first thing that you should do is look at your roster and say, hey, do I roster any of those guys?
