deadlines in most of our leagues. This is our last chance to make a splash, our last opportunity

to make that big maneuver

that gets us off the playoff bubble and into the playoffs. So that last big move that gives us a

huge boost of vitality here down the stretch for a vigorous playoff run when everyone else's

teams are starting to run out of gas. I mean, we're reminded this time of year that oftentimes

it's even the best teams in our leagues are beginning to peter out here down the stretch as the

attrition of the season begins to take over. It's those teams who get a big injection of life,

those teams that pick up steam after Thanksgiving, much like the real NFL, that have the

best chance of taking the entire thing down.
