And today we've got a special sewing roundup episode for you where we talk about the things we're making, what we're excited about, what new things we're trying, and answer some listener questions. All right, well, let's start with a question today, Haley. Are there any pieces of clothing you've made in the past that you got rid of and wish you hadn't?

0:38.9

Yes. I was literally just thinking about this recently. I framed a picture of Eric and I and put it in our room. And it's like a picture we took when we got engaged. And I'm wearing this really cute green seersucker like plaid dress that I made.

And I was like, why did I get rid of that? It's so cute. And also it's like kind of sentimental.

So the stripes made like a chevron.

1:38.1

It was so pretty.

1:39.5

It was shades of brown, which I love wearing brown.

1:42.4

And I really liked that dress. And I don't know what

1:45.3

happened to it. I guess I got rid of it at some point. But just so many things that I think back on

1:51.4

and I wish I had kept. And I don't feel that way about store-bought clothes or secondhand clothes so

1:56.9

much. So I'm thinking about as I do my next closet clean out, maybe just the stuff I've made,

2:02.8

maybe just putting it aside in a box and storing it instead of getting rid of it.

2:07.6

But I don't know if that's just a hoarding tendency or not. So it's hard to know.
