Danny, you've brought together the principles of Tai Chi with the exercise forms of both running and walking.

And I'm curious, which came first for you?

Were you an athlete that then became interested in Tai Chi,

or a Tai Chi practitioner that wanted to apply this to running and walking and how did these two forms come together for you?

Well, it's kind of an interesting story. I was actually a runner long before I started taking Tai Chi.

I had probably, when I took my first Tai Chi class,

I was, I'd been running for 25 years.
