0:34.6	We have 250 employees and this is my day flip. How does one gracefully take feedback?
0:39.3	When you get feedback and if you've made a project and you've delivered to the very, very best of your ability
0:43.3	and you get a little bit of feedback that just isn't appropriate.
0:46.3	Because there's maybe a knowledge gap, whatever else, it is very important to step back and take yourself out of it.
0:50.3	Not simple, it takes work. Only then can you actually understand the feedback is correct or it is not correct.
0:55.0	And that's all part of learning but you've got to step out of it.
0:58.0	Racing and breeding ranges from the racing yards, from the farms, there's a data perspective in terms of new technologies and new environments.
1:04.0	So it's a collector of opportunity in racing and breeding.
1:06.0	It's such an interesting engaging industry. Tell me a little bit more. It's an age old sport. It's got
1:11.9	challenges. Lots of highs, lots of lows. The highs where they ask a race course, the Cheltenham,
