Today, Russell, I am feeling like a time traveler. And that is because today's guest helps all of us travel through time and through his imagination

that then expands our own imaginations.

And he is not just the world famous screenwriter that we all know him to be.

And award winning, of course.

He's even an OBE. How chic. How royal.

So she's also an amazing showrunner, of course. He's the person that brought Dr. Who back,

as many of you will know. But he also has a hidden past of comics and drawing. And I think most of us think of

him writing with a pen, you know, stories and storytelling, but actually he loves to draw. And

comic books and kind of illustration like that were a big sort of part of his life. And we are

so proud to be talking about

that. I don't know if you talked about it before, but it feels like it's an exclusive. And it's a

wonderful thing. Let's pretend it is. Let's just pretend it's a global exclusive. I mean, I know that

if you actually Google, you can find some of, even your student work. It's so bizarre, like comics that you did when you were at school.

Yeah, yeah, yeah, it's amazing.

So you can actually find even imagery of some of these comic books.

But we are so proud to have today's guest on the show.

It's someone we've wanted for years and years.

Oh, nice.

That's a little good drop there.

Yeah. And for me, today's guest is so important because when I was a teenager, he wrote Queer as Folk.
