Summary
It’s April 1973 and an early morning phone call triggers a chain of events that both shock and appall the Santa Cruz community. Criminal psychologist Dr Michelle Ward follows as law enforcement investigate a horrific crime scene and finally catch the man behind the second wave of killings.
