Summary

0:09.0	terrorist attack. It started at the popular Leopold Cafe, then the busy historic central
0:16.1	rail station, followed by gunfire at multiple hotels, at a hospital, a police station,
0:22.9	killing many and wounding hundreds. The city is in chaos, no one knows what will happen
0:30.1	next. The police are at a loss. Meanwhile, India's elite force, the black cats, are waiting
0:37.5	for the go ahead to take action. It's taking forever. Maybe they would never be able to
