Well it's always fun when one of my dearest friends gets on the podcast with me and Sadie,

it is so good to have you and we're talking about your new project today.

I want to say first to everybody listening, I don't know that another human on earth

could have written this book the way that you wrote it Sadie and that hopefully

older younger all of us will listen to it because this subject matters. You say in the beginning

of the book the amount of time that we're spending. In fact I remember one quote being

if we're going to spend seven hours a day online or doing anything, we need to take a good hard look at how that's

affecting us and what that means for us. So let's start with why this topic for you.

I was so excited to write this book.

It was a challenge, I have to say,

just because this really is a topic that

is really unique to the younger generation in the sense that

typically anything that we go through as the younger generation we can seek

advice from the older generation and say hey help me like what did you do right

what did you do wrong and What'd you do wrong?
