And they seem to have a great law firm. They seem to have responded in the way that one would hope a major law firm committed to the rule of law would respond. Yes? Yes. They hired the best possible lawyer not at their firm. I mean, they have a great Supreme Court and appellate practice because this is really fundamentally.

These are issues of law.

But they hired somebody.

You could not pick a better lawyer to litigate this case.

They picked Paul Clement, a former Solicitor General of the United States under the Bush administration.

He was the successor to Ted Olson. He is a

conservative, a member of the Federalist Society, and he believes strongly in the rule of law.
