Well, there's more illegal news every week.

Yeah, I mean, the thing I'm most eager to talk to you about is Trump signing these executive orders yesterday against to have Miles Taylor and Chris Krebs investigated.

But I'm going to save that for the end because there's a lot of other legal news that has happened since we last spoke.

And I want to dig into that first.

And the first is, so the Alien

Enemies Act. Okay. So we finally have a few preliminary decisions from the Supreme Court.

And I want to talk about first the Trump v. JGG. So in a five-four decision this week with all the

female justices dissenting, so that includes

Amy Coney-Barratt, the court held that while individuals detained and facing removal under the

Alien Enemy Act are entitled to due process, they have to bring a habeas petition rather than

proceed under the Administrative Procedure Act. I don't think we need to get into the weeds on this,

but broadly speaking, this is a narrow procedural holding and the court said folks contesting

their removal from the country under the Alien Enemies Act need to do so via the correct
