what the future holds. Again, we'll be joined today by the chief

economist for the National Association of Realtors, our great friend, Dr. Eun. It's been a crazy year

in a lot of ways, and I'll be candid with you. I'll be happy when this year's over. Looking

forward to New Year. For the real estate business, with the lawsuits, with the challenges,

with what's taking place, with the Department of Justice, with their major real estate

companies having to surrender 40% of their available cash, it has been a very challenging year.

And then on top of that, we've had a very challenging year in and of itself.

This would have been a tough real estate year without all the extracurricular activities.
