0:40.5	economist for the National Association of Realtors, our great friend, Dr. Eun. It's been a crazy year
0:45.4	in a lot of ways, and I'll be candid with you. I'll be happy when this year's over. Looking
0:50.1	forward to New Year. For the real estate business, with the lawsuits, with the challenges,
0:56.1	with what's taking place, with the Department of Justice, with their major real estate
1:00.7	companies having to surrender 40% of their available cash, it has been a very challenging year.
1:06.8	And then on top of that, we've had a very challenging year in and of itself.
1:15.3	This would have been a tough real estate year without all the extracurricular activities.
1:19.1	And so when you put it together, it's been very challenging.
1:21.9	So I'm going to cover three main points in our bold predictions today.
1:24.1	First is we're going to talk about the real estate and real estate.
1:28.6	I'm going to talk about forecasting the market with Dr. Young. And then I'm ultimately going to challenge all of you in preparation for next year on why it's time to be a pro,
