The purpose of fasting is so we can take our focus off the things of this world so that we are then able to completely focus on our Father. When we fast in a spirit of humility and joy, we are able to hear the Lord's voice clearer. We hope this episode leaves you encouraged to fast or to pray more about what that might look for you !
