Oh dear, oh dear, about to sneeze. The first sneezes started yesterday and I thought

to myself, oh dear, spring has sprung in Savannah. Now, February, which is the month in which I am recording this,

is when spring really starts to pop up here in subtropical savanna months earlier than it does in the

wild of Connecticut. Usually my allergies wouldn't kick in in Connecticut until, oh I don't know,

May, mid-May, but now we're in February and you've heard me sneezing. I suspect the sneezing will only increase in

duration and intensity as the coming weeks roll on. So there may be future episodes of this podcast where it

consists of nothing but me sneezing for half an hour to 40 minutes get ready

for that nothing too much going on. In my world I did go to the club that I told you I joined.

Been there several times and yesterday I was lounging by the pool. That's something you can do at my club, you can lounge by the pool, and that's what I was doing

in February of 2024, a sentence I would not have been able to utter in Connecticut not only because I am not there in February of 2024 but because it would be too cold and if I'm being perfectly honest I did get a little chilly here in Savannah and

eventually had to leave because I was chilly but it was still nice to be poolside.

As for an American tragedy, Drieser basically kind of tipped his hand at the end of the last

episode.

He knows what's in store for Clyde and he basically told us, look guys, I'm warning you right now.

Clyde, he's going to meet his uncle and Samuel,

he's going to go to like Curges.

But in the end, nothing good can come of this.
