Late, it's late on a Monday night last episode. I told you how I've been trying to be better about getting these episodes to Robin on time and by the way it is not

Robin chiding me for my tardiness it is a self-directed chiding and so I'm like I gotta do better I gotta do better and then

well heck it's it's Monday and it's almost midnight and I realized I hadn't

recorded the episode yet.

Well, what am I doing with my goddamn life if not recording episodes of this podcast?

Oh, I'll give you a quick update.

Last time I told you I was going to Atlanta GA to go shoot a movie.

Did that. I only worked for, you know, a day and then I'm going to go back next month and work another day.

And it was fun.

One of the things about acting for me is that I always feel a lot of dread as I approach the start of my work.

And it's entirely based on insecurity and feeling like, oh, geez, I'm going to do a bad job.

And so I get all worked up about it.

But I was very deliberately trying to stay out of that head space and just sort of be and go with the flow and that's what I did and had a couple scenes with a couple of, for lack of a better word movie stars not huge

stars but stars nonetheless and it was and it was fun you know I felt like I did my job and I

did a nice job with them I wasn't intimidated or anything like that and it was nice.

So that you know just just a happy I want to say it's an ending because I still have another

day to shoot but you know a happy midpoint of this experience.

So that was good.

Then I came back and then, oh, we celebrated St. Patrick's Day here in Savannah.

I wrote about it on my sub-stack, but if you don't know, and I didn't know before I moved in Savannah, Georgia has a massive St. Patrick's Day celebration. You wouldn't think so, because why would you think that that but it's either the second or third largest St Patrick's Day celebration in the nation
