And, you know, I started growing a beard as a kid.

I'm a hairy dude and, you know, it pays off in one way at least, right?

We're glad to be back with you all for a second episode today uh we're trying to get back in the regular routine of our two episodes

a week and it's good to be you know both here and able to do that uh it's been so long, you know, that we've had everybody gone or away someplace or sick.

I was sick last week, actually.

We were actually planning on doing an episode last week, but it didn't happen because I was sick.

And then Matthew and Jacob couldn't get it pulled off.

So it just is what it is.

But here we are.

Today we're actually going to share with you takeaways and lessons learned from the 2022 Guardian Conference, which was just recently wrapped up in Oklahoma City a couple of weeks ago.

And looking forward to sharing with you some of the experiences we had there and like

we like i said take takeaways and lessons learned uh as we look forward to uh next year's event

which is already scheduled and is already taking signups uh we got that opened up and ready

for registrations a lot more quickly than we did with last year's events.
