If you tell the brain the pain's gone now and you go there and there's pain again, it's never going to believe you again.

So we got to make sure, like I said, I always say whoever comes back first loses, I always like, you have to take enough time so that when you go back, the brain goes, okay, I trust you.

It goes back in there and you still have pain and you're doing stuff, the brain's going to go, no, I'll never let you go there again.

And it's really hard to beat that. Yeah. So remember me saying this.
