Have I speaking a bit loud?

I am wearing my noise cancelling headphones. I do this a lot at the moment. Now people

under the age of 30 have been going on about this for a while saying how vital they are to their lives and how soothing and safe the silences and until recently, as the old Crohn that I am I have dismissed it.

I want to apologize because they were right

about noise-counseling headphones.

I just wear them at all times around the house. I think they give out a message, do not bother me. I will

be taking them off when my guest Lila Farsad arrives. I definitely want to hear what she's got to say. Not only is this woman having a moment as Queen of Netflix,

as she's currently starring in, not one, but two shows Chaos, Go and Binge it and the Decamaran. But this moment is

stretching because next year she's starring in the new Bridget Jones.

I'm basically scooping her off the roller coaster she's riding,

getting her in here, making her a cup her

and finding out what it is that she's been wolfing down to feel this frankly meteoric rise.

I better get these headphones off.
