And today I thought a good little bridge

would be to share with you the chapter that I wrote for Get Out of Your Head.

Now as I've told you before, I've known for years, even prior to Get Out of Your

Head, I would write this book.

And I knew there was a drastic shift needed in the way that

we do community and live life together. So my hope is this is a picture of maybe my first thoughts about why this matters so much.

There is no greater weapon for us to fight the darkness all around us than each other.

The spirit of God, the word of God, and the people of God are the

weapons. I talk about Anguilla that can absolutely shift our minds and it's the

greatest issue of our day is the anxiety and the depression and the

suicidal thoughts that are plaguing everyone we know. And so I hope you enjoy
