So really glad to have Brian back because we actually planned this episode a week or two ago now, actually.

And it didn't happen because he got sick.

Today we're actually doing our second installment of what we're calling our uncensored beginner's guide to training. This second installment,

we're calling Create Your Dojo. We're going to talk about dry-fired practice, particularly how to do it,

how to go about it, how to set up your home or your office space or your garage or whatever,

and also tools and resources you can use to

make it more effective and to help you so that's the folks today's episode i'm excited to dive into it

with you it's going to be good stuff i think beginner things um i'm always looking to enhance

um the fundamentals um and to relearn all that small stuff.
