backyard ramble session. So yeah, once again I'm inside my gazebo tent in my backyard on a warm summer night.

Tonight, I'll be rambling about my experiences with rocking.

What is rocking?

You may know, it's kind of getting to become a popular form of exercise.

It's not very complicated.

It's not very complicated. It's simply walking with whites.

And this typically involves wearing a weighted vest or wearing some kind of backpack that has weights in it or it's just somehow a heavy backpack.

I guess if you even walk around your neighborhood

with your kid on your back then yeah I call that rocking it's just walking with

extra weight in the extra weight can be anywhere from five pounds, 20 pounds, or whatever you want it to be.

Even the distance that you walk can be for as long as you like or as long as it feels comfortable

I think it basically evolved from the military and special forces.

The soldiers trained by walking for miles with backpacks that weigh 45 pounds, 55 pounds, 65 pounds, and maybe a lot more. The military or at least the soldiers. I don't know if it's an official term,

call their backpacks, rock sacks, or rocks.

So, walking with a rock was called rock marching or rocking.

And that's what I'll be talking about today is rocking.
