This week's episode is about Saturday Night,

the feature film out in theaters right now

about the making of the first episode of Saturday Night Live.

And I wanted to put a disclaimer at the beginning of this

because we talk about a lot of the characters,

a lot of the storyline.

Now, this is supposedly a film about true events.

It's a biopic about Lauren Michaels and the first night that Saturday Night Live aired on NBC,

or Saturday Night, as it was known at the time.

But it is, in my opinion, widely fiction.

So I just wanted to put a spoiler alert in case it ruins the movie for you guys before you see it.

I think it's an episode you can enjoy even if you haven't seen the movie yet,

but I'll leave that up to you to decide if you want to watch the movie first.
