I had moments this weekend where I felt a feeling of peace that I hadn't felt it a long time. And it's not a sense of peace because

everything's perfect or everything's better than ever. It's a sense of peace in the sense that I am

asking for what I need in my life and being totally authentic. And I can't believe how long it took me to fully step into both of

those places and myself. So I just want to say that out loud in case it gives you permission

to ask for what you need from the people in your family,

from the people you work with, whoever it is, and also to be totally authentic

every moment of your life and give yourself full permission to be yourself.

So today we have Scott Clary on the show, and I really love this conversation with Scott.

I just thought it was kind of interesting.

It's been a minute since we've like delved into some nitty gritty like marketing advice but his perspective was

really helpful and he comes from such a solid place that I actually found myself feeling really
