"He comes back and he doesn't know everything, he doesn't know the doctrine super well. But he has a powerful testimony that he can bear and he can share with people. A little while later he and some of the brethren in Salt Lake decide to go on a carriage ride up the eastern bench of the mountains. They decide to pull the curtains on the carriage so that they can see out the window and see the view. And when that happens, Martin sees the valley lying before him, he sees everything that's been built up, and all the saints and how large of a population is out there, and he is just stunned by it. Martin's been spending all his time in this little podunk town, Kirtland, where there's hardly anyone who will take him seriously and listen to his testimony. 0:58.8	Harris. Well, first let's let me hear a little bit about what you do. You're with Scripture Central with Jasmine, but tell us a little bit more about you.
1:07.6	I work for Scripture Central in our research and writing department. So most of my job consists of doing research on the Book of Mormon or other
1:18.2	parts of our scripture, church history, things like that and figuring out ways to communicate that research in ways
1:27.2	that are going to be more consumable and engaging for the average person.
1:31.6	So I mean, just give an example an example right I've got my Martin Harris
1:34.6	biography here it's this nice thick book. By the way I do recommend this if you want to
1:40.6	learn more about Martin Harris's life but I know a lot of people aren't going to read this.
1:45.0	So my job is to kind of read through a book like this and pick out some of the key stories, key findings and things like that and write brief summaries or help our video
1:59.0	team create videos that are going to help get information out about, say, for instance, Martin Harris, as a witness of the Book of Mormon, to a wider audience who isn't going to pick up a big book like this and read it cover to cover.
2:12.0	So Martin Harris is one of my own personal interests that I've had in this time.
