Drifting Off Live in Brooklyn, February 24th: https://wl.seetickets.us/event/joe-pera/578625?afflky=Murmrr
I am excited to share with you this new episode, a trip to a place where it is currently summer, Australia.
Not that you and I are afraid of the cold but a number of coincidences have been pointing me towards that weird southern continent lately so I figured we’d see what it’s about. I called some comedians I know from the region and asked them to share what’s going on. They’re some of my favorites so I included some of their work as well as a link to the new album by Cut Worms who composed the score for us this month.
I also wanted to let you know that after this episode, we’ll be taking a break for a bit. It’s just a lot to manage while touring and I want to make sure all of the episodes are special and high-quality.
Thank you so much for your support this past year - we always wanted to continue our previous sleep work and you gave us the opportunity to create 12 new pieces (including WaterfallTV), not to mention the extended editions.
It means a lot to us and all the musicians and comics you supported well. We hope you got some good laughs and good nights of sleep while listening.
We’ll be back but in the meanwhile, follow Ryan on instagram: https://www.instagram.com/hollandpatentpubliclibrary/
Thanks again and we hope you’ll enjoy the episode,
Joe and Ryan and Grant
