ladies and gentlemen to episode three of the memorial memo KSR's

Kentucky Women's basketball podcast.

Katie is a lot forced to get to today but before we do that how are you? I'm doing good just

finished watching Dancing with the Stars my favorite didn't get eliminated so

we're all good there. I'm not ready to Fox in basketball. we go. I actually just got back from Reparina.

Watch the men beat Minnesota State pretty handily,

so that was good, excited for their season opener,

as well as ours, the women's basketball team season season opener which we're going to get to but first

Katie how about Georgia Amor she's up for some watch list yeah Amor got selected for

three preseason lists so she got selected for the all SEC first team last week and then

yesterday it was announced that she was selected for the Player of the Year Watch List as well as the

point guard of the year watch list. I think that that says a lot about her as a

player obviously we knew what she could do at the Virginia Tech. But to be at a program like Kentucky and still be up for

awards like that to be able to make an impact for our team, it's just very exciting.

It's something to look forward to I think that I'm just

ready to watch her in action honestly. Right, I mean you see her come in and you

see her resume, well everything she did in Virginia Tech and you knew you were getting a good player, and that's kind of carried over to this year.

I will add, I was doing some digging about these award watch list.

Last year, Georgia actually finished as a finalist top five,

four point guard of the year.

Of course, someone by, you know, Caitlin Clark,
