And today, we are wrapping up the seller finance series.

Now, if you've been following along and tuning in, whether you're watching them on the channel

or you are listening in on the channel or you are listening

in on the podcast over the last few weeks on my Friday Food for Thought series, we've been digging

in on seller financing, specifically a deal that I bought using seller financing and this being

a strategy that I've used over and over for building

up my real estate investment portfolio. And a lot of the times, most of the times,

doing this specific strategy of buying investment properties with some form of seller financing

and for the remaining money that the seller doesn't finance, today I'm going to share with you

how I use other people's money to bring this all together and buy real estate investments

with none of your own money or very little of your money. And I think this is just a really

important strategy that I want more people to actually understand and know about,

because I know for many years I had heard about this, I had, you know, seen people talk about it,

and I really couldn't connect the dots on it. It just didn't register. And I felt like I'm,

you know, I'm not stupid. I don't know why I couldn't really connect all of the dots and make

it make sense.

And yet it wasn't until I started going through some of these deals myself and having

mentors show me how to do it and paying attorneys a bunch of money to make sure it was done

the right way that I really understood that it was overall very simple, which is why I made
