we're lost it this is I called out my hole on on Wednesday after going to Villemoora. Have you ever spoken about that have we?

No. I was in a dark hole. I put my head above Terra Firma on Wednesday afternoon. Like a

little mole that's been hibernating. Yeah. They come out like this. But I've been right since, so I've recovered, but it took me, boy, I'm getting old now.

It takes me a little bit longer.

It was epic. I went out a day earlier mostly because of jet lag issues like that you know just yeah

altitude as well isn't over there yeah and the plan was the plan was just a nice bit of food, early night,

and have a social round to golf the next day, super early.

I raised 25,000 for the Cardiff Rugby Community Foundation.

Yep, no trouble. There was no blood from anyone. There was no fights.

ruddy good time oh god what a knees so yeah it was it was probably good two courses we played. The

winners were Lord of the Swings I admit Nikolai well done he won't listen to this, but he won with Craig Rinaldi, they win every year.
